Mike Stokes is the assistant varsity coach at Bristol
Eastern High School in Bristol, CT.
-
He's been coaching there since 1998, compiling record of
112-28.
-
In 1998 he assisted the team that won the Central
Connecticut Conference Tournament Champions.
-
In 1997 & 1998 Class L State Semi Finals and he's coached
and assisted several collegiate players.
-
He's done a tremendous job at Bristol Eastern High School.
-
He also coached Nutmeg Team (15 yr olds) and won the gold
medal in 1996, 1997, & 1998.
-
Mike's was a two time New Haven Register All-State Player at Hall High School in
West Hartford, CT.
-
Played collegiate basketball at Springfield College in
Springfield, MA
-
Three time all conference team; three time all academic
team.
-
Mike does an excellent job in skill development with great
intensity and enthusiasm which he transfers to his players.

Mike Stanco is the assistant varsity coach at Holy Cross
High School in Waterbury, CT. He has been coaching there for
the past ten years.
-
Class L State Finals 2001.
-
His team won three Naugatuck Valley League conference
championships, 2000, 2001, & 2003.
-
He's been with the Bandits as a head coach for the past
eight years.
-
He's done a tremendous job as a coach enhancing young
player's abilities and he's done a great job as well developing
fundamental skills in players so that they're able to compete
competitively.

He's been a coach there for seven years with an overall
record of 26-6. |

In 2001 his team won the Arch Diocese of Hartford State
Tournament. |

In 2000 & 2001 his team won the Northwest Christian
Conference. |

Mark brings great skills working with middle age (9-13
yr.) athletes. |

He teaches the values of team rules at practices and
emphasizes the importance of working together to achieve their goals. |

He's been coaching for the Bandits for two years. |

Mike Jessie is currently the assistant varsity coach at
Lewis Mills High School in Burlington, CT.
-
His team made it to the 2003 Class M quarter finals.
-
Prior to coaching at Lewis Mills, he was an assistant
coach at East Windsor High School from 2000 - 2002.
-
Mike has been a Bristol Bandit coach since the start of
the organization 8 years ago.
-
He is a two-time Bronze Medal winner in the CT State AAU
Qualifier Tournament in the 12 years and under age group.
-
He was an assistant coach at Brookfield High School from
1997-1999. In 1998, they had the most wins in their school history.
-
Mike is also a Connecticut certified coach as well as
first aid and CPR qualified.

Monica Sanabria is an assistant coach at
Bristol Eastern High School in Bristol, CT.
-
She has been involved in many of the
girls basketball programs as well as AAU since she has been 12 years old.
-
She was captain of her basketball team
while playing point guard and shooting guard at Bristol Eastern High.
-
She made second team Honorable-mention
CCC South All League High School Team.
-
She has worked at several summer
basketball camps.
-
She's done a tremendous job as a coach
for Bristol Bandits for the past 3 years.
-
She has helped teach young players
fundamental skills and knowledge of the game as well as emphasizes the
importance of working as a team.
-
She brings alot of energy and enthusiasm
to players and staff.

Darell Pakele has been an assistant
coach for Bristol Eastern High School since 2004.
-
He has been coaching for 7 years.He is a
CT Certified Coach.
-
This will be his first year coaching for
Connecticut Bandits.
-
He was assistant coach for CT North
Stars from1999-2002 and also CT Shamrocks 2001-2001.
-
As head coach he has coached for CT
Spirit 2003-2004 as well as CT North Stars 2005.
-
He has also coached several Nutmeg State
Girls Basketball teams with 5 teams winning Gold medals.
-
He does an excellent job with bringing
great intensity and enthusiasm which thus transfers to his players.
